For us to create a detailed digital rendering or sketch of your custom piece, we require a $100 deposit that is 100% refundable. If you are satisfied and wish to proceed with us, the $100 will count towards your total order!
A detailed 3D model will be provided for your approval once we begin crafting your one of a kind piece.
Each piece of jewelry is unconditionally guaranteed for life against damage or wear. However, if any defect occurs, our warranty offers lifetime polishing, cleaning, and maintenance service.

The W Brothers accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via telephone at 626-775-7955 or email customerservice@thewbros.com.
No refunds possible on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made products. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expense.
