Return Policy
The W Brothers offers Lifetime Maintenance on all products. This does NOT include broken chains or dents, only minor cosmetic dulls/scratches & over-time wear. However, if a problem does arise, we will do our best to provide 100% satisfaction for your order.
Each piece of jewelry is conditionally guaranteed for life against damage or wear. However, if any defect occurs, our warranty offers lifetime polishing & cleaning.
No refunds possible on custom engraved merchandise and any custom made products. Items thought to be damaged or defective must be returned at the customers' expense.
Returns must be unaltered and come in original packaging.
The W Brothers accepts returns/exchanges within 14 days of the date your item was delivered. If you would like to return/exchange any item(s), please contact customer support via telephone at 626-353-9922 or email customerservice@thewbros.com.

Complimentary shipping offered on orders over $150.00 for all USA orders.
Custom Orders are shipped with 1-2 Day Signature Required Shipping for security and speed.
The W Brothers take pride in our environmental & social consciousness. We now incorporate Green Packaging, AKA sustainable packaging. To lower the risk of pollution, our materials for packaging are biodegradable with low impact to the environment & energy consumption. With green packaging, we eliminate the contaminant chemicals that destroy the water, nature, & atmosphere of our planet.
USA Orders arrive in 3-5 business days via FedEx or USPS Tracking #. Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders and shipping time.
The approximate shipping time accords to international country:
United Kingdom, Canada, Australia: 10-14 working days. Others: 10-16 working days.
